I appreciated the attention to security with the presence of video cameras, ensuring a safe environment. Being the first hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia to offer eight e-charging stations for cars was innovative. the friendly and helpful staff enhanced the overall experience, reflecting the idea of an ideal city hotel. However, more detailed information on public transportation accessibility would be beneficial for guests.
